Your credit card will be authorized when you place your order.

If your order is subject to any or partial back order items, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the order. The back order items will be shipped at a later date at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy:

            All orders are shipped within 2 business days.  Monday – Friday 12pm- 6pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: United States Postal Service, United Parcel Service

Order Tracking:

            If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

            The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the flat rate weight box. United States Postal Service.

We will use the most economical method for your shipping to save you money. To stretch your shipping dollar, we suggest ordering several items at once. Your shipping cost won't go up, but you'll save more money buying in bulk than by placing multiple orders. The shipping rates includes a handling charge of $3.00 for both shipping methods above. Your order may contain bigger items that may not fit your first selected shipping choice. We will contact you via email and let you know. If your item needs to ship in a bigger package. We will only charge the difference from your previous shipping charge. We do shipments for military members who are active duty serving overseas. Your package contents will be declared as personal Hygiene products.

North Carolina residents that live in the following locations Havelock, Morehead City, New Bern, Emerald Isle, Atlantic beach can do local pick up for free. Other North Carolina residents will receive 18.00 dollar standard flat rate shipping fee. Select the ship method at check out.

Back Orders:

            If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.  If your order is subject to any or partial back order items, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the order. The back order items will be shipped at a later date at no cost to you.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Policy:

            There are no refunds on any items in store .......ALL SALES ARE FINAL, due to state and federal health laws.  If you receive a defective item please inform us and we will be happy to help you, or send you a receipt  to get a replacement from the manufacture. Please check your items as most manufactures do give 1 year to 3 year warranties based on the product you purchased.
